Can't find latest goal management upgrade

Dears,

When trying to upgrade to the latest goal management from the upgrade center, the filter for Objectives is not found (shown below). It is there in another instance that i have access to.

Is there anything i'm missing? The instance that doesn't have the upgrade option is in DC23.

Hi Youssef ,

below is the solution to your query , go through optional upgrades and you will find it ,rememember once upgraded you cannot revert it.

Hi Mridul,

Thank you for responding. Goal Management is already enabled as i have completed the configuration, and its all on the legacy goal management. No upgrades were made.

Hi It should be available in below dropdown .

Check :

1.If Goal Management is enabled from provisioning

2.Or someone already upgarded in this instance.
