Can't access a learning assignment on the For You Today section on the Homepage

When trying to launch a course from the For You Today section of the homepage the connection drops.

I have checked:

• the employee's profile and learning assignment
• SSO
• Their IT account
• They have cleared cache and cookies

Does anyone know what else I could try?

Hello there,

Assume this item works for all/many other users without a problem?

Not sure if it is the same root cause but sometimes when a user has special characters in their username and/or user ID, such as ', it will lead to issues completing/launching content.

Also, have we tried to delete and reassign the item to the same user? Did it work?

If not, perhaps we will need a bit more information to troubleshoot or raise it with SAP.
