Hi,

I used to work on my client's SEN Manager as an admin and master author. I can no longer see anything but just the Learner view. This is happening only since last week. Any suggestions/recommendations/ideas?

Thank you!

Hi Dirk and Shane, thank you for your answers! My bad, I did not mention that the only person who uses the client account is me. I am also the administrator. No one in the client side knows how to work with SEN, or has accessed it in the last few months, nor knows how to (is willing to) change any permissions. Now the issue is, the entire client side is now without any content. No other user ID had access to the content.

Either someone removed your access, or (more likely) you are now logging in as a different user - either now via SSO vs. local user, or (if this is happening for everyone), Access Admin changed the format of the UUID being passed from the IAS/IDP and now SAP Enable Now thinks you are a new user (e.g., they used to pass john.doe@company.com and now they pass JDOE) - You can check this by searching the Users list and see if you now have multiple IDs.

Hi Dirk, Thank you for your answer. I will check with my client's IT team if this could be a reason. Thanks!

Hi Joanna,

Yes, there has been a change to your SAP Enable Now user account and the User Roles that you had, e.g. Administrators, that gave you additional access have been removed.  It sounds like your user account now only has the Learners Role so all you have access to in Manager is the Learner View tab, the place to view your assigned content.  You will have to have an Enable Now Administrator at the customer restore your access by adding back the relevant User Roles, e.g. Administrators or Master Authors, in the Administration > Users screen.

Regards
Shane
