Can review new hire data from HRIS perspective be removed or skipped before we send the form to candidate for personal data collection?

Yes, there is a rule scenario HM Review that can be maintained to skip this step based on business requirements. Be very cautious though and test this thoroughly as some down stream processes might rely on data captured during the RNHD step. For example, if custom configurations are used to drive compliance forms, or additional data collection, or forms being called, the absence of these values may cause these processes not to trigger. This will depend on your configuration and a good understanding of the rules that call these processes will help you make the right decision.
