Dear Team
is it possible to have separate login for Success Factor and Learning Management System (LMS) ? as of now employees login to Success Factor and from there they navigate to LMS. We are exploring a way for user to directly login to the LMS rather than navigating through Success Factor (BIZX)
Request clarification before answering.
Hi,
If you want to provide your users with a link providing direct access to the LMS, by passing the BizX homepage, then you can create a direct link. There is a pre-req that you use SSO.
Here is how to create such a direct link:
As with all links generated here, they will do a bunch of redirects, so you must use this link, and not the resulting one from your browser.
We currently have direct links to most SF modules directly in our intranet Navigation bar, in order to limit the clicks. As we have different platforms where users my need to go for HR processes.
Hope this helps.
Cheers,
K.

@BijuG, the SAP SuccessFactors Learning and SAP Cloud Identity Services Integration Overview guide has details to assist with the implementation of Learning and IAS for users who only use Learning. They don't exist in BizX/Platform. If users exist in BizX/Platform, then it's not possible to separate the login. They access the system via BizX/Platform, then go to Learning.

there is a concept for external logins but users should exists in BIZx
Identity Authentication replaced Learning native user authentication and SuccessFactors platform External Learner authentication
