Hello all,
My client has two questions regarding the implementation of SSO for Enable Now.
1. Is it possible to change the Logon ID for SSO in Enable Now?
2. (If its not possible to change): If I instead delete the users and create them with the e-mail address as the logon ID beforehand by new users, these "new users" can then continue to see the content from the producer?
Do you know where I can get this information?
Thanks for any help,
Emelie

Hi e-wer-do,
Yes, it's possible to change the Logon ID in SAP Enable Now from the subject of the SAML response to one of the attributes (i.e. EmployeeID or Email)
This is done usually by the SAP Cloud Operations Team. Please submit an incident (KM-SEN-MGR) and tell them that you want to use an attribute: full attribute name as a Logon ID.
Existing accounts with the old LogonID you can delete or deactivate.

Hello anton.mavrin, is there a document (KBA, IG) regarding the change of the LogonID?
My customer received a contrary answer within an incident.
Thanks a lot,
Emelie

Hello anton.mavrin ,
Thanks for your quick help!
Just for my curiosity: It is possible to (manually) change the LogonID of one user?
Thanks
