Hello Experts,

Can we handle Violation through Applicant E- recruitment.

e.g.

1) If applicant do not turn up for more than 3 interview organisation want to block him or black list him

2) He accept the offer and do not join then also they want to black list him.

Yes, you can exclude candidates from your searches or you can assign them to a talent group "blacklisted" for example
