The Powers That Be have decided to redesign the entire bonus process. They now want to pay quarterly bonuses, based on EARNED salary for the previous months and the company performance. This means that the Compensation module needs to reference payroll run results rather than the EC reward data. We have no idea whether this is possible, and I can’t find an answer from Mr Google.
We do have payroll run results imported into EC, but no idea whether Compensation is flexible enough to use "other" data.
Any guidance gratefully received!
