Can candidate fields in the application be show based on candidate country?

Hi All,

We have a requirement where we need to have some fields on the candidate application to show based on candidate country. Example being if a US candidate is applying for a UK job requisition, we would like to as the candidate US diversity and inclusion questions in addition to UK diversity and inclusion questions. Is this possible?

Thanks Ines! We tried adding an application business rule as we want the fields to show in the application form based on candidate country. However as per my understanding, it isn't possible to control visibility of a field via business rules.

If I am mistaken and you have done this in an implementation, would you be able to help me with the steps/ screenshots?

Hi Steffie,

Have you already tried recruiting business rules? Since it is possible to setup rules according to the candidate's profile and the application template.
