Can AEM ( Adobe experience forms) be integrated with SAP SuccessFactor

Our career/ jobs website is a SAP SuccessFactors product. we want to look into potential integration options between SAP SuccessFactors recruitment system and the AEM ( Adobe experience manager) website. By using AEM Forms, can we combine AEM forms workflow with electronic forms, document security, and document generation in an integrated and cohesive set of services?
