HI Folks,
There is a requirement from client - when the performance form is not in the manager inbox, still the manager should be able to edit the form in parallel from team overview tab.
One of the workarounds being introspected is to have a step as collaborative step where in the form is with employee and manager both. At the time the employee is doing self assessment, manager can make changes to the form at the same time by clicking on 'Review<employee name>' from team overview tab.
We would want to understand any negative implications of keeping this step as a collaborative type.
Really appreciate your responses as we are looking for one as soon as possible.
