Can a candidate fill the complince form after joining the organization?

Is it possible when Successfactors Onboarding 2.0 for USA that the candidate fills and submit the compliance form after date of joining? If yes, how can we achive this?

Hi Monika,

Additional Data collection step is not a mandatory step and can be completed after the MPH and the clients want the Onboardee to sign all the compliance forms before joining or start date due to the legal reasons. please validate the requirements with the legal department.
