Call for experiences with enabling "Latest goal management"

Hi community

We are planning on enabling the "Latest goal management" in the near future as it will be opt-out in 1H 2024 and universally pushed in 2H 2024.

We are trying to decide on the best timing to do it.

We have an active goal plan 2023 and performance plan 2023 and will be setting up a new goal plan and performance plan for 2024 in our Sandbox environment shortly with expected launch in Production in the beginning of January 2024.

I would like to hear your experiences with enabling the latest goal management.

1. When did you enable it?

2. Did you encounter issues when enabling it and converting the active goal template?

3. What effect did it have on the active document that the users use? Did users like the new UI?

4. Do you use Performance reward as goal template and what effect did it have on Performance reward after enabling?

5. Any other things you experienced or wish you had know before enabling it?
