Can the Calibration process be run independently of the Annual Performance Review Cycle?
e.g.
Can we close the Annual Performance Review Cycle form for 1-Jan-2022 to 31-Dec-2022, and after closing it, can we then open a Calibration Session for 2022?
Will Calibration be able to retrieve employee performance and potential ratings from the closed 2022 form?
And after Calibration Session is Finalised, then will the calibrated (updated) ratings be able to write back on to a closed 2022 form?
Request clarification before answering.
Hi narayanvishwanathan No it is not possible ,calibration session is not possible for closed forms and even if you manage to create a session, it won't write the ratings back to the completed forms.

I can see that it is possible to create a Calibration Session from the Talent Profile Scorecard Performance Rating as the Data Source. It is also possible to update back into the same section on the Employee Profile. This is as per https://help.sap.com/docs/SAP_SUCCESSFACTORS_PERFORMANCE_AND_GOALS/07480c99cd4746fb9c4c16c4043993dd/...
But we also have a requirement where we are not implementing either Succession or Employee Central, and just PMGM. So ideally, we cannot have the Talent Profile Scorecard available.
So, is it possible to still run Calibration with these constraints outside of the Annual Performance Review route map?
