Calibration multiple times in a year

Hi,

We want to conduct calibration twice a year which will be in the route map.

The first will be at the start of the year, only to review individual goals that have been set are consistent across the business.

The second will be at the end of the year to conduct end of year performance rating calibration.

Has anyone attempted something similar, and if so, were there any challenges?

Any guidance on whether this is achieveble would be appreciated.
