Calibration Functionality - Distribution view (9 box) without Succession

Hi,

I have a customer who wants to use the Distribution view in Calibration, with the overall calculated score as the x-axis and the manual potential rating from the PM form as the y-axis. They do not currently have the Succession module, so I have two questions:

• Can the potential rating labels be changed (I know normally it would be in the matrix rating scale settings but again, they don't have Succession activated)
• Can the overall calculated rating be displayed on a 3-point scale via custom ratings? They use a 5 point performance scale, but they want the distribution view to be a 9 box.
