Calculation of measurements in the context of a unique order

How to calculate the average value of measurements for the past periods in the context of a unique order? What should the rule look like if there are many such unique orders?

Its good question to think for future to have this functionality of finding an average from a order using a function.
We can achieve this finding it through writing a procedure and populate the average in one of the attribute in credits or in measurements...
Or you can use Query for Value function using plugin in query (
