Dear all
we are implementing a performance form in which it is requested to have two different ratings, employee for self evaluation and manager (or third person with get edit functionality) for official rating.
In addition to that, in the competencies section, both manager and employee must evaluate the behaviors belong to the competencies and the rating for the competency itself should be automatically calculated.
Everything is ok for the manager, but in the self evaluation both behavior and competency rating appear.
Is there any way to automatically calculate also the unofficial rating as per the item rating as average of behaviors?
Thanks
Maristella

Thanks Neeraj,
we had already read these KBAs but the problem is different, we would like to have in self evaluation, when the unofficial user rating is in write, an automatic calculation for the competency rating based on the behaviors one.
Here how the competency appears in self evaluation (uncorrect view)
and here how it looks in manager evaluation (correct view)
