Hello,
We have this case in which a calculated field is pulling correctly for 95% of the employees, but there are a few cases in which the box is blank. To put them in context, in the Goal Plan, we have 5 custom sections called "Características", each one with its "weight" field (weight1, weight2, weight3, weight4, weight5) :

And another custom calculated field that pulls the average of those 5 weight fields called "Peso Total de caracteristicas":

Is in this last field where the problem lies, since for the majority of employees if it correctly pulls the value to the calculated field, but for certain cases it remains blank:

We have searched the handbook, through the support, etc; but they don't give us an explanation. I am uploading a document with the Plan to let you know more to review in case someone has more knowledge of the subject. Thanks a lot!
