Candidates encountered the error message "Business Server Page (BSP) error" when they used Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox above version 9. They also hit this error when using browser like Google Chrome.
Software Details as below:
SAP E-Recruitment 6.0 & TREX
Operating System: SOLARIS 5.10
Database: ORACLE 10.2.0.4.0
Please assist is there any workaround to allow other browsers than IE or Mozilla Firefox and allow candidate to use higher version of IE or Mozilla Firefox.

the support for browser releases in SAP depends on SAP release and patch level. Simple rule here is the newer the patch level the better the support of newer browsers. You can find the exact support details in the SAP PAM (product availability matrix) which can be found in the service market place.
In general SAP has trouble with browsers like Google Chrome which have a high frequency of new releases as this is not matching the long product lifecycle for business software. Also Safari support is critical which I usually see at customers targeting candidates in the design area who have high affection for apple products.
