Hello Experts,
I have a requirement, where in a live environment the client does not want to do the New Hire tasks any more. Now since these tasks are not completed the Archive jobs do not clear the ONB dashboard. Currently our archive jobs only removes completed ONB and not incomplete activities over X period of days
What options do I have?
1) Business rule to skip New Hire tasks? Any guidance on how to achieve this will be appreciated.
2) Change the archive jobs conditions to remove the incomplete ONB cases after say 4 -6 months
3) Create new Process variant without the New Hire tasks step. But this will impact the inflight onboarding .
Really appreciate any suggestions.
