Business rule not triggering when external candidate updates the DOB on application

Hi Team, 

We have set up the following onChange and onSave business rule on the application to set data on the custom field once external candidate updates the DOB on job application.

But when external candidate updates DOB the rule is not getting triggered.

Rule: RCM_Update DOB flag

could you please let us know does the candidate action on the job application triggers the onChange/onSave business rules?

Hi @Giresh ,

you should check if you have Mobile Apply enabled for your instance. There is a restriction / functional gap: "Business rules won't trigger when candidate uses Mobile Apply to save or complete their application."
