Hello RCM Experts,
We have defined a rule (always true) that set the value of a custom date field (Hiring Date) in job application to be equal to the date field (jobStartDate) value from Offer Approval template.
The button "Offer Approval" is available in all status and sub-status of Offer and Hiring steps. In Offer status there are following sub-status: 1 - Offer Approval (which is a mandatory status), 2 - Offer done, 3- Offer accepted and 4- Offer denied. The field ""Hiring Date" is visible only in sub-status 3 - Offer accepeted.
We did some tests and have changed the value of field Job Start Date in the Offer Approval in the sub-status 1-Offer Approval and 2 - Offer done and the value of field Hiring Date is correctly updated. However, if we change the field Job Start Date in the Offer Approval in sub-status 3-Offer accepeted, the value isn't corretly updated.
The rule should be working in all status and sub-status, right? Why isn't the rule working in sub-status 3 - Offer accepeted?
We've run the business rule execution log but got an empty file. Any idea why?
