Hi,
I'm trying to set up a business rule for the field "Is Manager" in the job information. The behavior of the rule is to automatically set the Is Manager's field value to "Yes' when the Position is added as a higher level position in the Manage Positions and the field will default to "No" if the position is not added as higher level position. However, the rule I created is not working.
Please do note that we also have a synchronization for Pos to Job Info.
Are there any steps that I'm missing? Assigned the rule as an onChange rule in Position field in Manage Business Configuration > jobInfo
