Business Rule for Contract Extension Date- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Hello All-

Customer wants a business rule which will generate an alert to certain users if contract is extended in SAP SF EC.

For example Employee XYZ contract will end on Dec 31st, but his manager has decided to extend contract by 2 months / or maybe 6 months. As of now existing rule triggers a alert 1 month before end date.

But i need to write a rule which will trigger a alert 1 month before based on this extended date.

Please guide me how to write this rule. I am attaching existing rule which is in EC.

Dear karthikcgi,

This same rule will work for the extended date if the extended date is 1 month or more than the previous date.

The system will check all the cases that match with the rule criteria and create the alert.
