Business Calc Amount total 0 in Executive Review

In the client instance, we have labeled the standard Varpay column "Business Calc Amount" (goalResultsPayoutAmountGrandTotal) as "Financial STI Amount". Show totals is enabled in Display Settings.

When viewing a form, the total for Business Calc Amount shows fine. However, the total is always displaying as 0 in Executive Review (renamed to Consolidated view). Please see attached screenshots. I have already tried:

• changing Executive Review populations: small group of users, view Team Manager, or All Employees. i've tried to filter out employees who are greyed out for bonus.
• check the actual form: no issues in form view
• save the Executive Review view

Note that the forms are all in Completed.

Is this expected behavior for Business Calc Amount and Executive Review? Other columns are displaying totals just fine.

Hi @Roman_Cruz 

I would create a ticket to support (which will most likely forward it to engineering) for this. I have never seen this and I can't think of any good reason for this difference.

I would try with a different template to see if it happens again, especially if there is a difference between when forms are completed vs not completed.
