Bulk updates in Enable Now

Hi guys

I use Enable now to record training simulations that have over 100 slides. When I need to complete a minor update eg. updating a title that appears in all the slides, does anyone have a simple solution to work around this? Manually updating each slide is not ideal. 

Can someone point to me any training material/ideas/solutions you have for bulk updating imagery/text in SAP Enable Now please?

Simulations include screenshots. They are static images. If the captured screen contains a logo there's no way to swap that out without recapturing the screenshot, or photoshopping it.

However, given that you refer to 'slides' and say you want to bulk-update imagery/text, it sounds like you are actually referring to Book Pages. In that case, you should be using Book Page Templates, and storing any shared assets (such as logos) ONCE in the Toolbox, so you can then update them there, and your changes will automatically be applied to everywhere that shared asset is used. But if you didn't do this before you started it's a bit late now, without going and re-working everything to do it the 'best practice' way.

There are a number of different ways to perform bulk changes to Enable Now content, e.g. Simulations, depending on what you want to change.  Can you please add an image to the ticket to confirm what part of your Simulations that you want to modify.  If it is the Screen Title for each screenshot, I'm not aware of any way to modify the recorded titles.

Apologies Shane, my question wasn't very clear. 

I was referring to the actual captured content in each slide. For example, when we record a simulation, the content captured may have the business owners logo. 

When the business owners update their logo, and this is the only change that is required for the simulation, the only way I can update this is by manually going into each slide, selecting it to edit and replacing the logo with the new one. 

In future updates we may need to update a sentence referenced in the training material, or a change of colour. 

These minor updates in our simulations is time very time consuming, as we could have over 100 slides in them. Is there a way we can setup SEN or a solution when it comes to bulk editing?
