Bulk PDF Export- Compensation Documents

Hi There,

Is there a way to export all of the compensation letters that have been issued as a result of end of year reviews? Not just the data fields for each letter but a PDF copy of each one - to store in archives.

My business has Performance Management and Compensation modules active.

Hi James,

have you looked at "Manage Statement Templates" in the "Rewards Statement" menu of the "Complete Compensation Cycle" header of your compensation plan?

There you can "print" and download all generated compensation statements in one large zip file.

P.S.: For "just" downloading the data in your compensation plan, I would use a Table report in Report Center with the "Compensation Planning" domain.
