Hi all,
We’re currently in the middle of an onboarding project and have noticed that one particular employee group is most commonly hired in bulk.
We’re curious to hear if others have experience with this scenario. If so:
Do you still use Onboarding and/or Crossboarding for these bulk hires?
Or have you found alternative approaches that work better in practice?
Would really appreciate hearing how you’ve approached this.

There are a number of features to help process mass onboarding. Starting in Recruiting, the initiate onboarding trigger can be done in mass with in-app manual selection or you could use process automation to trigger it upon moving to a specific status.
