Bulk Download Onboarding 1.0 Documents

What is the best way to extract all documents out of ONB 1.0? We have enabled the bulk download feature but the zip files are not user friendly as you don't know who the new hire is until you open the zip file and look at the files. It appears we are unable to export all files if we do an unfiltered search and bulk download to SFTP.  I looked at using postman to utilize the API but we are limited to 100 files per pull. Looking for recommendations on how to best export all documents for all new hires.

@kwasoba, did you find a solution to bulk download with the employee names appended to the filename? We have the same issue and will need to export years of onboarding 1.0 documents out before it is deprecated.
