Budget Values showing different values in executive review & exported Bonus payout summary report

Hi Team,

We are getting different values in Executive Review for Budget values and if we export Bonus payout summary report from executive review in Variable Pay Template.

However, if I export the data and sum the Budget column, we see   €1,099,373.89. 

Can you please help us in understanding different behavior of the budget and which values we should refer.

Hi @satnaik18 

Assuming filters are the same between your exec review screenshot and when you run the export ? Also do you have some of those "employees I can view" vs "employees I can edit" ? 

Can you try rerunning bonus calculation and updating all worksheets and recheck ? 

Did you do data checks in the bonus payout summary export ? try to find some data inconsistencies like blank columns that could explain the gap ?

That's all I can think of other than a ticket to support which will probably suggest the same ideas. Issue with VarPay is that support can't touch exising worksheets because it might break everything.

Thanks Xavier for your inputs. After updating All Worksheet both the values are matching now.
