Budget Utilization Query

Hello Experts,

We have a below query regarding budget utilization.

Here we have 2 budgets Pool --> Promotion Increment, Annual Increment + Market Adjustment.

For promotes the system should utilize the budget from Promotion Increment pool and if it exceeds then it should utilize Annual Increment + Market Adjustment pool.

Example:

We have 2 Budget Pool for Example : 1. Promotion 2. Annual+Market

Budget exceeded in Promotion Budget Pool (5000 exceeded than the allocated Budget) then the requirement is to utilize the 5000 from Next budget pool which is "Annual+Market".

Is this possible technically? Can you please confirm if the utilization of budget is possible in a required sequence SF compensation.
