BSP Error Message

Hi Experts,

I am new to SAP E-recruitment and would like to seek advice on a issue.

Recently, some of my users got this message: "Internal error : An internal error occurred. Please try again later." when trying to login to E-recruitment Portal. But some users successfully login to the E-recruitment Portal. I had compared the user's profile in SU01 but could not find anything

Appreciate someone can advise how to troubleshoot this issue.

Hi there,

Could you please check whether your use has an internal candidate attached to his user?

The easiest way to check this (for me at least) is to test class CL_HRRCF_CANDIDATE in transaction SE24. Here, you are able to see whether the userid has a candidate. If there is no candidate present, you will get an exception.

If no candidate exists, you can use the old application RCF_CREATE_USER to create the internal candidate. However, it is advised to use the web dynpro screen which can be found in the recruiting administrator role.
