Browser Cookies Settings SuccessFactors Learning Story Reports

Hello Experts,

This is regarding the 3rd party browser cookies settings for Story Reports to run.

I have already referenced this KBA for Google & Chrome : https://me.sap.com/notes/0003039244 where third party cookies from "https://performancemanager5.successfactors.eu" needs to be allowed.

This works fine for Story Reports from all modules except for SuccessFactors Learning Live Connection. We receive the error "Remote Connection to Data Source not possible...." on running the story reports.

The work-around we found is , to allow third party cookies from "[*.]successfactors.eu" , instead of "https://performancemanager5.successfactors.eu". Basically allowing all child websites which might get triggered.

But this works only for Chrome/Edge, where we can add "*" in exception list.

How do we handle this in Firefox? Is it a known issue and any work-around?
