Browser compatiblity

We are primarily using IE, but we have noticed that our simulations in SuccessFactors are not working with Google Chrome 80 or Microsoft Edge. Are there settings that need to be made to enable these (and potentially other) browsers to work with our existing simulations? And if so, what are the settings, and where would I find this documentation.

Thank you for the guidance. I have double checked the server setting in Enable Now, for the Chrome extension. I have also checked the settings in Chrome and Edge, per the technical documentation, and it all looks fine to me. Interestingly enough, what I am seeing in Chrome and Edge is a tab called "Support" on the far right middle of the screen, where the carousel would normally open. When I click on the Support tab, it opens a SuccessFactors support page, with links to a knowledge base, incidents, launchpad, guided answers, etc. Any other ideas what we are doing wrong? Thank you.

Hi Jan,

The Enable Now Simulations should playback just fine in Chrome and Edge if you have the SAP Enablement Assistant browser extension installed in Chrome and Edge. These browsers are supported but with the Enablement Assistant installed. Outside the Enablement Assistant, there may be issues with your browser settings, e.g. you may not have allowed popups for the Enable Now URL or may not have listed the Enable Now URL as a Trusted Site.
