Branches created through SPRO not showing in Portal

Hi,

I am able to create Branches successfully through portal. They are updated as BPs and are assigned to proper companies in the back-end tables.

But I am not able to do vice versa. If I create a BP and assign it to a Company and check through portal, the list is not updated.

What could be the issue?

Hi Veera,

Have you creatde the branches as organisations in the role branch?

Hi Nicole,

Thanks. It worked. I was creating the organisation with the role BP-General earlier, hence it was not appearing.
