BP Sync issue with systemID

Hi All,

We have issue with BP sync with System ID .

We have PERNR updated with IT105 ,ST0001 with SystemID.

We ran BP sync #/SHCM/RH_SYNC_BUPA_EMPL_SINGLE replication program, sync report is successful but when we check in SU01 for that user it is showing as Classic address but not business partner assignment.

Already verified SAP Note #3234879,  3228710 but we don't have BCS*  entries hence it is not relevant.

Please advise.
