Hi Experts,

When I send HR master data of an employee from HR system to E-Rec system via ALE. The master data of an employee is updating in pa20 in E-Rec system, But Business Partner is not creating automatically.

Even If I run "hralxsync" report for the same employee in E-Rec system, no data available.

Kindly assist me in this regard.

Hi Harish,

That depends eg. if it was a hiring action in past or in future. As recommended in your other post, please check note 997181.
