Book Pages Loading Slowly after 2105 cloud release

Hi Everyone,

Has anyone else noticed slow loading of book pages after the 2105 cloud release? In some instances it takes over a minute for the page to load when using the authoring preview start link.

Any suggestions to help will be gratefully recieved.

Hi Byron,

we have seen this behavior not specifically with relation to 2105 but also in cases were we had quiet big workareas. We would recommend to check if your trash folder within the producer is not overcrowded. Same for unsorted, this can slow down the Producer and Manager. Thank you for the quick response Michael.

It turns out is was a specific image that was very large. Reduced the size and it has gone away. Apologies for the inconvenience with it being such a simple issue.
