I have another question regarding using PPT as Book Page Templates. I imported Powerpoint Slides as Book Pages and converted them to Book Page Tempates. If I now Create a Book Page based on the Templates (PPT) and include that Book Page into a simulation and preview the simulation, screenshot-book-page.pngthe background of the Book Page Template is not shown (Screenshot). What could be the issue? Thanks in Advance,

I'm not sure why you would use an imported PPT as a Book Page Template (it's just an image, no? - if that is all you want, import the image as a Media File and use that as the background of a Book Page Template) but I'd hazard a guess that the Book Page Templates haven't been published?

Thanks for the quick response. The idea was to use the PPT Company Template Slidedeck as Book Page Templates. So I need to convert the Sildes into Jpg files and import them as media objects for example in the Toolbox and then create the corresponding Book Page Templates? ... No I haven´t publish them but the background also doesn´t display in the local preview.

Actually, I don't know that I'd recommend just taking a static image of the current PowerPoint Master Page and using this as the background for a Book Page Template, either...although that might work better.

My main concern is using the PowerPoint import feature to create Book Page Templates. It's not a great feature in the base case, and is really just provided as a quick way to get existing training content (in .PPTs) into SAP Enable Now. Your best option would be to create the Book Page Templates from scratch, and make them match the PowerPoint Master as closely as possible. That will give you the most flexibility, and will likely look a lot better (as rescaled images [during playback, for different size screens] doesn't always look pretty). I've done this for several clients, and although it takes a bit longer, it's worth the time investment.

Okay. I thought it would be a possibility to create book page templates. But thanks for sharing your expertise on that topic.
