Hi,
What is the difference between "Duplication Source" and "Duplication Master" for a book page in Basic Properties ?
Also, is there a way to know what is the book page template or the Master copy base on which a book page was created ?
Thank you!

Duplication Source is the object that this object was copied from. So if you have Object A and duplicate it as Object B, the Duplication Source for B is A.
The Duplication Master is the object that was the original source for duplicated objects (if you copy a copy of a copy, etc.). So continuing the above example, if you then duplicated Object B to create Object C, the Duplication Source for C is B, but the Duplication Master of C is A. (And for Object B, the Duplication Source and the Duplication Master is A.)

No, Templates are excluded from this (otherwise pretty much EVERY Book Page would have a Duplication Source, which is counterproductive - especially when that info is available inside the Book Page anyway). Think about the purpose of maintaining the 'duplication' information. Use cases might be "I just changed Object X; are there any other objects created from this, or that this was created from, that I should check to see if they also need changing?" or "I previously translated Object Z have now updated it; where are the 'local-language' versions so I can check/change them, too?".
(You will find that if you create 'Master' slides and then use those as 'templates' they will be shown as the Duplication Source - but that's because they aren't real templates.)
