Hello - Has anyone ever viewed a demo in an Enable Now Course and once you hit close and move forward in the course, the images on the screen is gone? I notice that our images (Template images) are no longer showing after playing a demo.
I also found out it's not just my courses, a colleague of mine says his course are also the same so wondering if this is a SAP issue or a fix we can implement. Please see the pictures.

Thanks Bart! I did that and it's giving me a 404 error.

Hi Robert - They're saved in the workarea.

At my customer, we have seen weirdness caused by cybersecurity updates that the network security team applied. I wonder if your scenario could be similar. When you open your F12 Developer Tools in the browser, and you play the course, what errors display when the images disappear? That might be helpful. I am not an F12 Developer genius but any error messages that display when the images disappear could help you triage the problem.
Hi Dirk - Yes they are assets of the book page. I did what you suggested and it's still not showing the images anymore. Odd cause this only happens when we click on a link (demo) in the course and when we go back, the images are no longer there, just the broken image pic. Now, if I were to refresh the link, the images reappear but I need a fix to keep the pages as is like before.

My initial thought is that it's down to your browser cache. Once that gets to 319mb things stop being rendered correctly. Clear that and Ctrl+Refresh.
I'm assuming these images are either assets of the Book Page they appear on (if they are the only place used) or are Media Objects in the Workarea (in which case Publish them first - shouldn't matter if you are displaying a Draft, but...).
[I initially said this was my "g-u-t feeling" but apparently that word isn't allowed. Odd.]
