Hi All,
Should we run bonus calculation job in variable pay template before or after the form launch, do we have any best practice. Is there any document or link for the same.

it needs to be run before mass launching worksheets.
If you check the last box in the screen before submitting an employee history import from Employee Central then that takes care of running bonus calculation automatically after finishing importing the records from EC. If you forgot to check that box then you need to run an additional bonus calculation job from Plan Setup before mass launching worksheets.

Greetings !
We have a daily scheduled job to update the employee history and run bonus calculation & update launched forms.
Whenever a new hire comes or if there is a future hire in EC, the employee history is getting updated successfully but the new eligible employees are not getting added to the form.
We are able to add new employees via scheduling "Variable pay mass update job" in provisioning but, there are no employee data present in the form because we are not calculating bonus payout anywhere in this process
Now ,If we go and calculate bonus payout manually and update forms again then only the new eligible employee bonus data is getting updated in the form but, there is no provisioning job for calculating bonus payout of all forms so that we can automate this overall process
Can you let us know that do we have any way to achieve this.
