Block access to course content until the survey is responded

In SuccessFactors Learning, is that possible to block the access to the course content until a required survey is completed by the student?

If you don't want them to see it before they complete the survey, you could do this with the following steps:

1. Ensure the survey you're using is marked as 'required for completion' (this is under 'options' in the survey)
2. In the survey notification, advise that additional learning will become available once they have completed the survey. You could add a direct link, or a pointer to where they can find it.
3. Create an assignment profile with a rule based on item completion (i.e. the item that the survey is linked to).
4. Create a library and add the hidden content
5. Link the assignment profile to the library
6. Once the learner completes the learning, the course will open up (once the assignment profile refreshes overnight)

You could also 'feature' the item so it appears on their landing page when they are added to the assignment profile, but this would always be visible to them whether or not they complete the item or until they are cleared out of the assignment profile.

It's not perfect, but hopefully this provides you some things to think about!

I still have one question. When using this approach, will the students be able to see that they are enrolled to the course and the access is blocked?
