blank simulation

Hi,

I ran a simulation on my Producer and synchronized it with manager. Other users want to edit this simulation and although it appears in their producer, when they try to enter, it appears as a blank simulation.

Right click on the item and make sure they click on update from server.

Or go to the top and choose Server Workarea and then click on Update all objects from server.

Most likely the blue highlight in producer is at the wrong level

Probably the other users have not synchronized since you completed it. Get them to right-click on the simulation and select Update from Server.

Just to confirm it has been saved to the Server OK, what do you see in Manager? (If you open it in the Web Editor, does it have your content?)
