Birthday email not triggering for few employees

Hi Community,

One of my customer has the following ask to trigger birthday mail for employees. So we followed Birthday and Anniversary alerts to the employees in SuccessFactors | SAP Blogs  KBA to replicate the same.

But, For test employees only birthday mail is triggering on their birthday but for real time employees it is not triggering. For example- Test rubina(employee id-1)'s  & HI7173's birthday is on 17 january. But the birthday mail is triggering to Rubina where for HI7173 it is not triggering.
