Sounds like you have a faulty / disabled HRIS element with that name and likely some business rule or reference elsewhere referring to it. Tried enabling that section (not a very common one to be fair)?
Might in some ways be easier just exporting the data model and getting stuff related to it out if you are indeed not using it.
