Binning of material

When material moved from quality to unrestriced stock, can i create one step between them it means can i hold the material for binning and after to bin location its moved to unrestriced stock.

I facing lot problem when the material came directly to unrestriced stock after 321 mvmt. by Quality person their are N number of parts that are ok by quality and day by day its comes directly to unrestriced .then its problematic to me which material has left for binning and how parts i binned.

If their is any one step means if quality person do 321 movmt. and after if material has hold for binning,and after physical movement means it moved to its bin location i will transfer the material from hold (for Binning) to its bin location.

Then it easy to me to run a report for which parts are pending for Binning.
