Bin icon not displayed in national id portlet

Hi Experts

I have issue while rehire candidate from "Manage pending recruits" (MPR) > Onboaridng 1.0.

Select the candidate > provide event reason > click "Continue".

It shows matching ids, I select the match and click " Accept Match"

Now I can see two rows of national id.
- from ONB with bin icon - no issue
- from matched previous emp has no bin icon - which is a issue.

Please advise why two rows of National id is displayed after we "accept match". The second one comes without bin icon, and unable to delete and proceed. Please share your expertise on this issue.

Hello, Nirmala,

Trash icon will always be invisible when there is data stored in database National ID. Trash icon will show if there is no data, which means before saving into database, user can still have the choice to delete it from UI side. However, if national ID has been saved to the database, this records will not be deletable any more.

So, if you clicked accept match button, then you are not allowed to delete that.
