I am a recent university graduate interested in pursuing a career in Human Resource Department at a company. I am very interested in pursuing a career in Talent Management (Talent Acquisition Coordinator) and in the future trying to grow within the department through other positions. Any suggestions on which certification I should pursue, which could be beneficial for a user who is brand new to SAP and something that can be used to grow within the department.
